Business Strategy
Sithiporn’s strategy is to continue to market based on 95 percent direct sales and 5 percent of sales through local dealers. While continuing and refining the current business strategies, SA has planed to expand its market area into other selected Southeast Asian countries.
SA markets and sells its products and services through a combination of direct sales, trade shows, technical seminars and conferences, and print advertising. Direct sales and marketing are performed by SA's own department sales force, technical experts, and operation managers.
Since November 2000, SA has earned and received the standard ISO9002 quality system certificate and SA advanced the standard to be ISO 9001:2000 in November 2003, as further proof of its serious commitment to its customers to provide continuous improvement in all phases of operation.
Service & Support
Prompt and reliable service availability is one of the major concerns of customers and prospects. Therefore, SA has implemented several quality projects in order to insure effective service and support. These projects include all subdivisions and incorporate such commitments as “The 48 Hour Service", “On-Time Delivery ", “Expert Training”, etc. A dedicated telephone line has been installed specifically for customer relation functions. Survey questionnaires have been sent to SA customers to solicit advice; to allow the opportunity of pointing out any deficiencies in our program; and to provide a forum for making suggestions for improvements to the system. Based on this input a “corrective action” system has been established to further refine SA’s support and increase the customer’s satisfaction.
In addition to service and support through normal service and support functions, SA also provides instrument and application specific assistance via scheduled training courses and seminars. There is no charge for this very important support.
